In order to provide an outstanding level of customer service to our clients, My Aesthetic Studio reserves appointment times exclusively for each client. Our office policy requires that a $50.00 deposit be placed to hold any appointment scheduled for any new clients. This deposit will be used towards services rendered for appointments that are kept. Complimentary consultations that are performed without a service will be refunded the deposit amount. Existing clients are required to keep a current credit card number on file in lieu of placing a deposit.
While we understand that events may occur requiring the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we do require a minimum of 24-hour’s notice to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee. Failure to do so will result in either the deposit being used toward the cancellation fee, or credit card number on file being charged $50.00. The cancellation fee applies toward appointments cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, same day cancellations, and no shows.
Please notify My Aesthetic Studio if you are running late. While we will make every effort to accommodate clients when the schedule permits, clients who arrive more than 10 (ten) minutes after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled and cannot cannot be guaranteed that all services will be performed. The cancellation policy will apply if there is not enough time to complete services, at the discretion of My Aesthetic Studio.
If you are not satisfied with any retail product purchased at My Aesthetic Studio, you may bring the product back to our office in it’s original, unopened packaging within 7 (seven) days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange the item for another product of equal or lesser value.
My Aesthetic Studio does not offer any refunds or exchanges on treatments or services rendered. All promotional, holiday, or Black Friday sales are final. All gift cards and/or gift certificate sales are final. Unused balances on gift cards will remain on client’s accounts as an account credit.
All payments are due at the time of services. There are no refunds on services rendered. For your convenience, My Aesthetic Studio accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Alle & Aspire Rewards & valid gift cards, and valid My Aesthetic Studio Gift Cards.
