Kelley Diefenderfer is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, advanced aesthetic injector and owner of Elevate Aesthetics in Orlando, Florida. With more than two decades of nursing experience—including 16 years in critical care—and nearly a decade as a nurse practitioner, Kelley brings extensive clinical knowledge, precision and sound medical judgment to every aesthetic treatment.
Before opening Elevate Aesthetics, Kelley performed thousands of aesthetic procedures and completed advanced training with leading injectors throughout the country. Her education includes expert-level training through Galderma and Master Expert Series training through Allergan. She continues to pursue advanced education in facial anatomy, injection safety, laser technology, regenerative aesthetics and medical-grade skincare.
Kelley specializes in personalized, non-surgical facial rejuvenation using BOTOX®, Dysport® and Xeomin®; JUVÉDERM®, Restylane® and Belotero® dermal fillers; and biostimulatory treatments including Sculptra® and Radiesse®. She also provides SKINVIVE™, Kybella®, laser and light-based treatments, microneedling with PRF, VI Peel®, PRX Derm Perfexion and customized skincare plans featuring ZO® Skin Health & Colorescience®.
What sets Kelley’s approach apart is her focus on balance, proportion and long-term facial harmony. Rather than following trends or changing the features that make someone recognizable, she evaluates the face as a whole and recommends treatments designed to restore support, soften signs of aging and enhance each patient’s natural appearance. Every plan is collaborative, conservative and tailored to the patient’s anatomy, concerns, lifestyle and goals.
