Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Director

Booking Fee

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your consultation and/or treatment at the time of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy

No-shows are considered late cancellations and are subject to the same fee.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate delays, patients arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled time may need to be rescheduled. In these cases, we cannot guarantee that all services will be completed, and the cancellation policy may apply if there is insufficient time to perform the treatment—this determination is at the discretion of Elevate Aesthetics.

Refund Policy

All products and services are non-refundable.

Payment & Financing Options

Payment is due at the time of service.

Elevate Aesthetics accepts:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Alle & Aspire Rewards
  • Valid Elevate Aesthetics gift cards

We also offer patient financing through Cherry. Apply through our website under “Payment Plans.”

Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Director

To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect our providers’ time, we require acknowledgment of the following policy:

New Patient Booking Fee

$100 booking fee is required for all new patient appointments.

This fee is non-refundable.

If no treatment is performed during your visit, the fee is applied to the consultation.

If treatment is performed the same day, the $100 is applied toward your service total.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (All Patients)

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

All patients are allowed one complimentary reschedule per appointment.

Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in:

  • For new patients: forfeiture of the $100 booking fee.
  • For existing patients: a $100 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.


No-Show & Declined Card Policy

No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are subject to the same fees.

If your card on file is declined, the $100 fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Additional deposits may be required to rebook after a violation of this policy.

Please notify Elevate Aesthetics if you are running late. While we will make every effort to accommodate clients when the schedule permits, clients who arrive more than 10 (ten)

minutes after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled and cannot cannot be guaranteed that all services will be performed. The cancellation policy will apply if t

here is not enough time to complete services, at the discretion of Elevate Aesthetics.
