A session typically lasts between 30-45 minutes. There is no downtime after receiving an infusion.
IV wellness infusions hydrate, replenish vital nutrients, expedite muscle recovery, and optimize physical and mental performance. You may notice the need to urinate more frequently after a treatment. Some individuals may have a slight headache following a treatment if they require a lot of toxins to be flushed from the body. Most people feel improved after a session with no negative side effects.
You will be evaluated by our board-certified nurse practitioner and a full review of your medical history will be obtained prior to determining if you are an ideal candidate for IV therapy. If you are a candidate, she will then start your therapy and monitor you throughout and immediately following the treatment.
IV therapy uses a small needle for only a few seconds to introduce a plastic delivery device to your body so that discomfort is less than that of getting blood drawn. Once the IV fluids are started, you will not feel any discomfort. We recommend pairing an IV infusion with a DiamondGlow® Treatment or other facial for the ultimate in hydration and relaxation.
